    How much do you charge?

My fees are in the range of the industry standard. In most cases, therapists will charge additional fees if they have expertise in certain areas or additional education beyond what is normal/standard for that discipline. I am happy to discuss this in more detail over the phone if you have additional questions. 415.377.9851 Also, see "Do you take insurance" below, because clients can be reimbursed for their sessions by their respective insurance companies.

    Do you take insurance?

Most of my clients are relieved to know that they can get reimbursement from their insurance company once we have worked for a significant time together. It all depends upon what your negotiated rate is with your insurance company. You can find that out by calling them.

    How long are sessions?

I offer fifty and eighty minute sessions.

  •  Do you work with couples?
Absolutely. In fact, that is one of my favorite things to do; as I have created many exercises that I can do to help them connect to themselves and to each other.

What kind of people do you work with? Of what orientation?

All. I enjoy working with married, straight, couples and individuals. My specialties include working with alternative lifestyles, LGBT, and other queer communities. I am open to everyone with color and any diversity.

How long will it take before I feel better?

It depends. Some of our work together could be that you only take several weeks and you feel confident to walk away with tools and skills you learned and then can apply to your life forever. Other times, it may take months, or years to figure out and release old patterns and trauma that has been with you all of your life. Either way, I am patient and solution focused.
